& Pat ALLEN have a longstanding interest and involvement
in the aged care industry and seek through its consultancy and real
estate services to provide a service to older Australians, their
families and carers who seek, or due to health reasons, require
retirement housing, home care or supported residential aged care
services.
With a professional background in Engineering, Surveying and
Civil/Survey Design; Lyal has applied practical design and
strategic planning skills to the benefit of the aged care
industry in Australia and since the late 1980's, has been self
employed as a specialist consultant in the field of planning,
management and marketing of retirement housing and residential
aged care facilities.
Lyal has a Diploma in Business – Real Estate Management and is a
licenced;
• Real Estate Agent,
• Business Agent and
• Stock & Station Agent.
Pat assists in the business administration and takes a
particular interest in working with families to identify the
right care and/or housing needs of our clients.
QCare Australia also work in close partnership with a range of
professionals including property valuers, financial planners,
aged care providers, clinical and geriatric care specialists,
health professionals and community agencies to provide the range
of skills which may be required in identifying the right care
and retirement housing option.
